Why can't the app hear my child?

If the app is having trouble detecting your child’s voice, we recommend you:
- - Make sure you have given the Readability app access to your device's microphone.
- - Update your device with the latest software available.
- - Ensure you have a strong and stable Wifi connection.
- - Find a quiet place and encourage your child to enunciate and speak louder.
